When it comes to things to do in Sarajevo you can walk into any of the museums without booking in advance and most only cost a small amount to enter; all of which goes towards the upkeep of the museum itself.

For other attractions like the wonderful walking tours on offer you need to book a place on them before you turn up but there are some brill options that can be booked onto at as little as 1 day's notice.
